Shipping Information
Timing
Non-personalized items will be shipped the next business day after receiving your order. Many of our items are personalized and will generally take 7 to 14 days to complete. If there is going to be a delay in processing your order, you will be notified, at which time you can let us know what your preferences are. Once your personalized item has been completed, it will be shipped by Canada Post or by UPS, and will take from 2 days to 14 days to arrive, depending upon your selection.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated directly from Canada Post and UPS, based on the size and weight of the package being ordered. You can choose your preferred method of delivery before you complete your order.
You will receive an e-mail from us containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipments
Please note that at this time we only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
Return Information
We guarantee our personalized products to be free from manufacturers' defects. If you have received a defective product, or if we have made an error in the personalization of your product, you may return it in new condition, preferably in its original packaging, for an exchange for the same item. We do not issue refunds on personalized products.
